- Session 1: What: What is Agility and Scrum

- Session 2: The Scum Famework
- Dinner
Day 2: Friday September 2nd
- Breakfast
- Session 3: Scrum Master workshop: How to impelement Scrum for a real project (1)
- Lunch
- Session 4: Scrum Master workshop: How to implement Scrum for a real project. (2)
- Dinner
- FAQ session: Discuss questions and potential implementations.
Day 3: Saturday September 3rd
- Breakfast
- Session 5: Scrum Master Cases, how to deal with each case, scrum master as coach for the team and the product owner, his/her contribution for a sucessful scrum team.
- Lunch
- Session 6: The Scrum Master, the company agile coach, how to start your agile team, how to start multiple teams, dealing with management and with different stakeholders.
- Dinner
- FAQ session: Discuss questions, potential implementation and real steps to create a scrum team.
Day 4: Sunday September 4th
- Breakfast
- Session 7: FAQ and Next Steps.
Departure on Sunday or Monday depending on attendees.
